Could somebody at “Fast Cap” Actually what steps were taken to eliminate 40 minutes out of your set up.

    • Step one we positioned all dies within reach of the machine said there was no traveling to retrieve them from the wall that was 10 feet away.

We made all material paths Quick change out so the alignment on the machine was perfect the second machine was turned on.

We positioned all tools within 4 inches of where they were utilized removing all searching.

We Identified all areas that created defects and systematically reduce the defects to almost 0 so from the time the machine started to the time it was producing good parts was a matter of seconds instead of 10 to 15 minutes worth of adjustments and material wasted.

      Thanks
      Paul
