Expression of Gratitude from Formwood Industries

Paul,

This is a long overdue note to let you and Karl Wadensten know that my YPO/WPO visit to FastCap last October has had a lasting effect on our business.

Specifically, we are dedicating time each day to teach the three pillars of lean, using the priorities of Safety, Quality, Simplicity and Speed.

Each of our teams now has a daily morning huddle whereby we are performing 3s, and dedicating 1 hour of each work day to learning to see waste, fixing what bugs us, and improving flow to serve our customers.

We have met some setbacks, however being able to see and experience your journey provides a great foundation for reminding ourselves that the objective is to grow people, and that daily dedication to getting better requires leadership from the top.

Please share with your team that they continue to make a difference in our lives by serving as enthusiastic and genuine examples that which is possible.

We continue to follow the American Innovator and often reference the videos you have kindly shared with the world on your web site.

Please share this email and place the following note it in your clear Gratitude Box during your morning meeting with a Loud and Clear message from our team:
