  1. What a great message on your great customer service policy. My problem is only with a $10 tape measure and your message makes it so I just want to go buy a new one rather than bother with a return. I will however, ask if you have a video on fixing the recoil. I have a lefty/righty that is less than a year old but stopped recoiling. Thought I’d ask to see if you have instructions for repair before opening and trying to do the recoil myself.
