My name is Jess and I am the newest addition to our customer service staff, having worked here since March of 2018. I graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Canadian American Studies also in March of 2018. I started working directly in the office assisting with orders being placed and general customer inquiries. My favorite part about Fastcap is how everyone is so committed to learning every day. We all teach each other about new topics during our morning meeting where we go over different topics in history. I also love taking the time to learn about all of our different products from everyone here. It is great to work for a company that is so invested in everyone’s growth and I can’t wait to see everything else that I will learn during my time here at Fastcap!
